Do they actually drop? What am I missing? Many many runs…no boots

Thx for the replies guys. I don’t mind grinding for them. Just want to make sure I actually have a chance of them dropping. If there’s 4 set pieces then they should have a 25% chance right? BTW it seems you can get some of the component you’re looking for on the way to Lokarr if you want.
I see I’ve been lucky getting the whole set in literally 4 runs. All parts have 25% chance to drop. You’re extremely unlucky that you can’t drop the boots.
Yeah this is really getting to be a pain in the ass now. I’ve prolly done close to 50 runs and still no boots
Edit: Eureka! They finally dropped and I didn’t smash my mouse or monitor thank goodness…
