I need help by finding a pure build for the Nightblade as I struggle to make one that would at least work on Elite. I would appreciate any recommended build that works at least on elite and I do not care on which damage the build is based upon, like, full poison or cold/ frostburn or pirce/physical.
No such thing really. Pick a build you like that’s 1/2 done that involves Nightblade, there’s your “pure” Nightblade.
Cold dmg is bet bet. NB works wonderfully ti’ll end elite and is recommended to level like this. Just max ABB and Lethal assault. Work to Nightfall, then night’s chill, veil of shadow. after these max Shadow strike and elemental Awakening.
Devotions. Simply get rhowan’s crown and murmur. Then spiit of amatok.
Take care of resists and put life steal on weapon
I can’t really recommend it. After about level 50, your stats will start to lag behind and Nightblade doesn’t have a primary attack ability. Unless you transmute Phantasmal blade, you are going to be autoattacking, or using the Mistborn Talisman and at level 55, when the build starts to fall behind on stats, the Shard of Beranoth.

Don’t pick arcanist as your second mastery. Spellbreakers have ludicrous gear requirements that make them rather unplayable if you don’t have enough of the right pieces.

Does it make the NB weaker or is it made on purpose that way?
Yea, hit and run is the way to go. Apply your frostburn ticks and get your bacon out of harms way
