You probably want the empowered version. It’s not that rare of an item.
You can go get one from GDSidekick if you want it that badly. Or if you are a purist abou these things, try in the trading thread.
I was looking for one and got an empowered one from a trade. Then the same day I had a recipe for the empowered version drop for me!
