What builds can you name like this? I am looking for cancer speed build (MS, AS, etc). Just like Flash

I have always thought it be a fantastic feature/surprise if they added an extremely low random chance to spawn a random nemesis not too far past the bridge in anything but normal mode.

Just for the pant change factor.
