Looking to farm lower level legendaries for leveling, but where?

Was wondering if there are any spots / routes / methods to farm lower lvl legendaries for leveling up my new toons.

Any advice is much apreciated!

Maybe only play Normal you might reach lvl 60 and then you would drop Legendaries around your level
