I don’t know why it shows that I have 14 skill points and an ability point available. I messed with the game/cheated a lot, early on so that may be it.
Basically, my strategy at the moment is based on shooting everything from as far away as possible and spamming Grenade/flashbang. And if that doesn’t work setting up an kill box with hellfire mines and mortar drawing them in, and then hitting them with everything else.
Most of my ability to stay in the fight is from devotion skills, Wayward Soul, Turtle Shell, Ghoolish Hunger. So my health spikes a lot. I’ll be almost dead and then all the procs spike and I’ll be back to 1/2 health. Not ideal but I’ve done ok so far, almost to Homestead.
Anyway, I was looking for suggestions on what I could do better, but I want to stay 2H ranged no matter what.
Falcon is not a “bleeding” devotion. Even after all the nerfs, it’s still solid 120% WDM when it shotguns. And it’s not like there are many choices for ranged WDM procs in the first place.
Most of the good 2H ranged commando builds that use fire strike will look something like these; the idea is to capitalize on your high weapon damage with weapon% skills and abilities.
