I got 12 months of food reserves, enough of basic items, enough housing space and decent value of desirability but not a single immigrated citizen within 20 year cycles; last immigration was at 18 year mark and now the game is at 43 year mark. Is this a bug?
I had low immigration until I started building and upgrading my food storage thingies, now I can’t build homes fast enough.
