All the luxury items I have in my town (Pottery, candles, and furniture) are not registered by my town hall or for villager happiness. When I click on the houses, they are listed, but in the town hall it shows 0 homes have these items in them.

Zip up the entire TownName_###### folder along with the .map file and .sav that reproduces the issue. If the files are too big, you can use a service such as Google Drive to share it with us.
