I think it would be pretty cool to have a new recipe in the weaver, once you have a barracks, to make uniforms for your soldiers. Would be nice to have them wearing tabards or cloaks with their company banner on it.
It could even provide a slight bonus to efficiency, as they feel greater esprit de corps and pride.

Maybe as part of a permanent force, otherwise why spend resources for something that’s only going to last ten minutes at best?
