I agree, I just came in here to post about this.
I would love the ability to move up from lower tiers to higher tiers of walls so I don’t have to go delete all these walls then rebuild them with better ones.

The fencing selection tool does need a Prioritize option, yes. I am confused why the first level fence does not get upgrade as an option individually let alone in the fencing tool. Perhaps it is because many may skip the fieldstone wall and go straight to Palisade wall given the limited stone availability so they give us this option without forcing an upgrade from wood to stone and back to wood again. I certainly don’t use the fieldstone wall for this reason.

At least this smaller fence gives you the full 100% of material resources back (1 log to build, 1 log to recycle).
