Still searching for this gem of an item. I must have 20 legendaries piled up because of trying to hunt this. My question is should i continue farming Elite SoT, Elite/Ultimate Troves? Or will Etram the Celestial Smith of Tyrant’s Hold be a better choice?
Can I get it as a part of Bane of Cairn Quest?
There’s a blueprint for it. I think it’s craft-only but I am not certain. Farm troves and Nemesis to get the blueprint.
Can someone confirm this?

I had been looking for it for a long time and finally found a blueprint for it. I think it might be only blueprint. Might be the same for the helms etc. but don’t take my word for it, it’s just what I found.
anyway it’s not all bad because legendary blueprints drop more consistently than legendary items. So go Nemesis farming for them.
I have the exact opposite experience. For me its more items, less blueprints.
If there is a blueprint for an item, you only have a low chance to get the item through regular drops - compared to other items. At least this is how it used to be for low level epics.
However, the above feedback about crafting at Etram Fald suggests, that legendary items either drop as item or as blueprint. In any case focus on the blueprint.
Whelp. I got it. I got around 10-11 almost useless Legendaries on the way as well.
