Caught my marketeer, Rana, stocking the market with raw meat even though I’ve specifically excluded that from stockable items. Is there some requirement I’m missing that would make this reasonable (e.g. the market must have 270 food in it or something)? She’s transporting 250 food items I want in the market (smoked fish/meat), +20 raw meat. Raw meat has been unchecked since the market was made; this happened several game years later.
Did you also get image clips of what happened to the meat once Rana reached the market? I.E. did she drop those items she could at the market but take the fresh meat to a home?
Didn’t take pics, but it went into the market. Have a more recent save of there being raw fish in there too. This appears to be a common thing Rana does…
Yeah, she shouldn’t be able to do that. I have seen my marketers pick up raw meat from a hunters hut and take it directly to a house thereby avoiding my ban on raw meat storage in the marketplace. That’s why I asked.
Yeah I didn’t think it was intended… If a save is required or w/e I can provide a later one w fish stocked in the market or try and catch her in the act.
My only idea rn is that the calculation of what the marketeer will grab is done when they leave to get supplies (e.g. fetch 270 food), but then the items they were going to get are taken by someone else (e.g. wagon stocking a temp shelter), so when Rana arrives at the root cellar, she still needs to grab 270 food but there’s only 250 items she’s supposed to stock so she grabs 20 of whatever else there is (in this case, raw meat cuz that’s the only other food I had at the time).
Inadvertenly got an auto-save where Rana is on her way to break the rules again. I’ve kept the save in case it would be useful in finding the bug, but I’d note that she’s already on the way to storage and seems to pick up the same payload every time. The results:

also stocking glass I have unchecked as had limited amount and wanted it for preserves
