which class would be better for a melee lightning PS build?
I really cant decide, but my Devotion plan is like this:
Kraken, Widow, Rhowans Crown, Viper, everything else defense
Don’t pick Primal Strike and go Savagery

Strong side of Warder - better resistances, better armor and armor absorb%, more HP and DA, WarCry
Strong side of Elementalist - better overall speed, Flashbang, more OA and lightning damage, more resistance shred from Thermite Mines, Blast Shield
In general, Warder more tanky, Elem more glass-canon.
For myself, i prefer Warder over Elem, coz Warder my first char who beat HC Ultimate and still alive (around 6 days playtime). He seems more safe, then Elem.
And for 1st char i recommend Warder.
Elementalist isn’t glass canon :eek:

Again, no. It’s not if you built it correctly. Warder is more newb friendly than elementalist.
Not saying Warder is a bad class combo just saying elementalist isn’t squishy
But Elem has resistances, armor, armor absorb%, DA and HP less then Warder.
In equal gear and with equal devotion setup, ofc.
Is it mean, he squishy then Warder, or not?
Ah so that’s how you compare things
I always make comparisons by taking into account gear and devotions, cause making comparisons w/o seems vacuous
It’s just my view, played for both of them for 40-50 hours.
And if Ele procs MoD rather ofthen, then Warder procs his MW far less.
And, for example, Moos can hit my Ele for 60-70% HP, and he hit my Warder for 40-50%, same for Fabius.
