Hello! I was playing around with Calidor’s Tempest on my Mage Hunter and as I was putting points into Mental Alacrity, I noticed that the energy cost of Calidor’s Tempest was not changing at all. Is this an intended interaction?
As a follow up question, I was wondering what good options for keeping my energy up could be at around levels 65-75 for a CT build. I run out of energy in around 10 seconds of constantly casting CT. ><
I don’t think the tooltip gets updated with energy cost reductions but the skill should still be working.
As for energy maintenace in general, putting Ectoplasm in your jewelry helps a LOT. Try to get an Arcane Spark at some point too.
Ectoplasm, Focusing Prism, Arcane Spark, devotions that reduce energy cost or increase energy regeneration. You can invest in Iskandra’s Elemental Exchange for increased energy regeneration and energy leech. Calidor’s Tempest does have a weapon damage component, so energy leech will work. Fabric of Reality increases energy leech too.
