there is no increase in base damage, % pierce damage (over the weapon + affix increase) or armor when putting points into dual blades with messenger’s repeater equipped/when equipping the weapon. belgothian’s shears work fine though.

+1, not working for me as well, neither the modifier nor base skill increases stats
+1, wanted to try reworking my old pierce gunning build only to notice points in dual blade does nothing, even from 0 to 1, suggesting even the base damage mod isnt working or is somehow working even without points in the skill.
