Military Conditioning
Can This skill get buffed back up to where it was? Right now it is Terribly under budget. This should be at least on par with Hearth of the Wild yielding 4% hp per a point with a strong drop at soft cap. Keep the Phys where it’s at just buff the HP portion. Remember this was nerfed when Phys gave a lot more HP per a point. Time to bring the %hp back up to where it needs to be.
