I know you guys fixed a spate of bugs related to extending existing farms, and I’m sorry, but I’ve got one more…
I started a farm plot at 5x5, then expanded it to 10x5, then 10x10, then 15x15. The biggest unusual thing for me with this field is when the farmers come to “work” the field (the farm plan item where they lower weed and rockiness values), they seem to do the job okay, but they stand on a spot 10 tiles to the west of the farm plot border, and do the animations for working the field there.
But planting crops - peas, turnips, flax, whatever - everything I’ve tried so far - they stay inside the field limits when doing the planting animations. Also when they harvest crops, they stand over the “area” they are harvesting. That all seems to be working fine. It’s just the “working the field” action that appears affected.
I’ve also noticed that the “newest” part of the field don’t seem to get fertility updates on the fertility overlay, the first two expansions all match the original field color, but the last expansion stays an old color - but I haven’t waited a few years to check back so maybe this gets updated later. Also the status icons - field is going to get compost fertilizer, field had animals eat crops, crop disease, etc, shows up in the center of the original 5x5 plot. Not sure if that’s intentional.
