Mistake building Pyromancer Firestrike?

I made a pyromancer focusing on Firestrike and supporting buffs. I’m level 43 or so and I’ve put almost my points into cunning. I’m now realizing that spirit buffs firestrike a lot more than cunning.

Did I completely screw up putting so many points into cunning? Or is there a silver lining in that the crit cunning provides is the same dps gain as the dmg boost that spirit gives? Or perhaps later levels, such as the 80s you need almost 700 cunning to use certain weapons?

Also, are pants pretty much physique dependent? I rarely see pants that require cunning or spirit.

there is no silver lining, if you want a well built firestrike char, then remake.

You have to redo the character anyway, because putting more than a bare minimum of points into Cunning and Spirit was a mistake. And yes, almost all armor requires Strength and Spirit, but never cunning.

I’m playing a firestrike based 2H Commando… I’ve also invested in cunning so far, although I’m only at lvl 7!

If you have any build which is elemental based via its main attacks then is investing almost solely in spirit a must?

Is there any form of guide available with regard to stat point investment… since we can’t repec stat points be interesting to try get things right from the start!

Thanks for any feedback guys.

just wait till level 70 or so before you spec. Attribute points don’t make a huge difference till then anyways.

Just keep on playing and put the rest of the points in physique. Spirit boosts your damage but a pyromancer has rather problems with survivability not damage. But you still have 40 levels of physique in front of you and if you take constellations that give you health, %health and resistances you will have no problems. At least not because of missing 300-400 health or so.
