[MOD] Diablo 3 Classes: Patch 3.2 Released

→ 5 new sets.
→ 8 new unique items.
→ A few balance changes and some bug fixes.

Then download the “Patch 3.2 Hotfix” to remove some issues: Download (Extract it into ‘mods’ folder and overwrite the files)

(Requires the Forgotten Gods expansion to work properly. Remove the old ‘Diablo_III’ folder before extracting the new one)

Patch Notes 3.3 (WIP)

BUG FIXES:

  • Bitterness: Fixed an issue where its mythical version and the Kanai’s Cube: Bitterness cause the game to crash when they were both equiped.
  • Hergbrash’s Binding: Fixed an issue where it didn’t have cold damage bonuses.
  • Visage of Gunes: Fixed an issue where “From the Shadows” skill had the description of the Bone Nova granted by Bryner’s Journey.
  • Atrophy: Fixed an issue where it was granting max casting speed to the player.
  • Aegis of Valor: Fixed an issue where the items from the normal version weren’t dropping. Fixed an issue where just one set piece was granting +1 to all Crusader skills. Fixed a bug with the normal version of the shoulder piece.
  • Enbodiment of Marauder: Fixed an issue where the items from the normal version weren’t dropping.
  • Tzo Krin’s Mask: Fixed an issue where the armor value from the mythical version was the same as the normal version.
  • Pets: Fixed possible issues with auras from Pet scaling pets and Player scaling pets.

  • Mundunugu’s Regalia:
    → New legendary set for the Witch Doctor.
    → Normal version (Level 75) and Mythical Version (Level 94).
    → Focus on Cold/Vitality damage and its DoT’s.
    → Skill points to Grasp of the Dead, Confidence Ritual, Spirit Barrage and its modifiers.
    Hand piece modifier: 50 vitality damage + 15% damage converted to health to Grasp of the Dead.
    Head piece modifier: 30 cold damage + 100 vitality decay over 3 seconds to Spirit Barrage.
    Set modifier - Spirit Barrage: 100% chance to pierce through enemies + 1 projectile.
    Set modifier - Spirit Walk: 1 second duration + 300% Cold/Vitality/Frostburn/Decay damage.
    Set modifier - Spirit Vessel: -2 seconds cooldown + 8% Offensive Ability.
    → Granted skill Lingering Spirit: Release a spirit that pierces through enemies and returns to you after a brief moment.

  • Typhon’s Veil
    → New legendary set for Wizard.
    → Unique version: Level 94.
    → 2 pieces: 120% bonus elemental damage + its DoT’s.
    → 3 pieces: 25% resistance to life reduction and reflected damage.
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Hydra, 3+ Magic Weapon and 15% physical resistance.
    → Hand piece modifier - Electrocute: 80 Lightning damage | 25% chance to 180 reduced target’s defensive ability for 3 seconds.
    → Head piece modifier - Frost Nova: 180 frostburn damage over 3 seconds | 15% reduced target’s damage over 3 seconds.
    Set Modifier - Hydra: Added 3 seconds cooldown | +10 seconds duration | -20% Energy Cost | Summon limit increased to 9 (Each head is a pet, total of 3 Hydras active at the same time)

  • Seeker of the Light:
    → New epic set for Crusader.
    → Normal version: Level 75. Mythical version: Level 94.
    → Focus on fire/lightning/burn damage bonuses.
    → Skill points to Blessed Hammer, Burning Wrath, Consecration, Condemn and Blunt.
    → Complete set grants the Flurry of Spears skill.
    Flurry of Spears: Launch a ring of divine spears around you, dealing fire/lightning damage and burning enemies over 3 seconds.

  • Inna’s Mantra:
    → New legendary set for Monk.
    → Unique version: Level 94.
    → Focus on elemental damage bonuses.
    → 2 pieces: 120% Elemental damage and its DoT’s
    → 3 pieces: 25% Elemental resistance | 100 health regenerated.
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Mystic Ally | +3 to Mantra of Healing | 18% crit damage.
    → Skill points to Mystic Ally, Cyclone Strike, Sunblast and Mantra of Healing.
    Set modifier - Mantra of Healing: 55 Defensive Ability | 55 Offensive Ability | 10% physical resistance.
    Set modifier - Mystic Ally: +3 Summon Limit.

  • Armor of Akkhan
    → Now it grants skill points only to Akarat’s Champion, Bombardment, Smite, Slash and its modifiers.
    → Focus on physical, fire and burn damage.
    → Leg armor replaced with hand armor.
    → Head piece: Now it grants “100 fire damage and -3 seconds to Bombardment”
    → Hand piece: Grants “40% weapon damage to Slash”
    → 2 pieces: 120% Physical/Fire/Burn damage
    → 3 pieces: 25% Aether/Vitality resistance
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Bombardment and +3 to Akarat’s Champion
    → 5 pieces: 2 to all skills in Crusader + 10% health.
    Set modifier - Akarat’s Champion: Bonus to total damage reduced from 15% to 10%.
    Set modifier - Smite: +2.5 seconds cooldown. Total damage increased by 125%. 120 burn damage over 2 seconds. 100% lightning damage converted to physical.

  • Roland’s Legacy:
    Head piece modifier- Punish: 80% to all retaliation damage.
    Hand piece modifier- Shield Bash: 50 Lightning damage | -0.5 seconds cooldown | Fire damage converted to Physical.
    → 2 pieces: 120% Physical/Lightning/Retaliation damage
    → 3 pieces: 16% Physical resistance | 1680-2700 Lightning Retaliation | +3 to Shield Bash
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Punish | +3 to Retaliate
    Set modifier - Punish: 16% Retaliation damage added to attack | +50% shield damage blocked.
    Set modifier - Shield Bash: +24% Retaliation damage added to attack.
    Set modifier - Iron Skin: -2 seconds cooldown.

  • Uliana’s Stratagem:
    → Now it’s an epic set. Normal version (level 70) and Mythical version (level 94).
    → Focus on cold/lightning damage bonuses and its DoT’s.
    → Skill points to Sweeping Wind, Exploding Palm, Crippling Wave and its modifiers.
    → Set bonuses include flat energy regeneration and physical resistance.

  • Raiment of a Thousand Storms:
    → Now it’s a legendary set. Normal version (level 75) and Mythical version (level 94).
    → Focus on physical/lightning damage bonuses and its DoT’s.
    → Skill points to Fists of Thunder, Dashing Strike, Wave of Light and its modifiers.
    → Set bonuses include % Offensive Ability, Elemental Resistance and Lightning damage.
    Hand piece modifier - Fists of Thunder: +40 degree arc | +3 maximum targets | 60 Lightning damage.
    Head piece modifier - Wave of Light: 540 electrocute damage over 3 seconds | 15% crit damage.
    Set modifier - Dashing Strike: 220 Lightning damage | -1 second cooldown | 30 reduced target’s resistances for 5 seconds.

  • Raiment of Jade Harvester:
    → Now it mostly grants skill points to Horrify, Haunt, Soul Harvest and its modifiers.
    → Head piece: Added “50 cold damage + 300 frostburn damage over 3 seconds to Soul Harvest” .
    → Hand piece: Added “60 vitality damage and -10% cold/vitality resistance to Haunt”.
    → Added “-1 second cooldown + 200 vitality damage + 15% life steal to Horrify.”
    → Leg piece: Replaced with a feet piece.
    → Set bonuses include 6% offensive ability and 15% physical resistance.
    → +3 to Soul Harvest and +3 to Haunt replaced with +2 to all Witch Doctor skills.
    Set Modifier - Haunt: 12% life steal. 100 cold damage. 100 vitality damage. -15% to enemy’s vitality and cold resistances.
    Set Modifier - Soul Harvest: 120 vitality damage. 600 frostburn damage over 3 seconds. -1 second cooldown.

  • Zunimassa’s Haunt:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Zombie Dogs, Gargantuan, Fetish Army, Jungle Fortitude and Midnight Feast.
    → Leg piece removed.
    Off-hand piece modifier - Zombie Dogs: 30 Acid damage | 100% Physical damage converted to Acid | Target’s resistances reduced by 24 over 5 seconds.
    Hand piece modifier - Gargantuan: -8 seconds cooldown.
    → 2 pieces: 6% Defensive Ability
    → 3 pieces: 800 Health | + 3 to Midnight Feast
    → 4 pieces: 30% Aether resistance | +3 to Fetish Army and Jungle Fortitude
    Set modifier - Fetish Army: -22 seconds cooldown | +300 seconds duration.
    Set modifier - Mass Confusion: -20% Poison/Fire resistances.

  • Vyr’s Amazing Arcana:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Archon, Black Hole and Magic Weapon + its modifiers.
    Head piece: Added “+1 second duration and 80 elemental damage to Black Hole”.
    Set modifier - Teleport: "-2.0 seconds cooldown | 5.0 meter radius | 300 elemental damage | 120 burn/electrocute/frostburn damage over 3 seconds.
    Set modifier - Archon: Bonus to total damage reduced from 15% to 10%.

  • Delsere’s Magnum Opus:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Wave of Force, Slow Time, Electrocute and its modifiers.
    → All pieces now grant bonuses to Elemental DoT’s.
    → Hand piece modifier removed.
    Head piece modifier - Wave of Force: +60 elemental damage | 20% crit damage.
    Set modifier - Wave of Force: +100 elemental damage | -12% energy cost.
    Set modifier - Slow Time: 240 elemental damage | Reduced target’s defensive ability by 100 for 2 seconds | -25% damage taken from Eldritch and Aetherials.
    Set modifier - Electrocute: Damage converted to Elemental | Total damage modified by 120% | 3 seconds cooldown.

  • Firebird’s Finery:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Blizzard, Meteor, Molten Impact and Hydra.
    → 2 pieces: Added 30% reduced burn duration.
    → 3 pieces: Casting Speed and Max Fire Resistance removed. Added 4/6% Offensive Ability and 10/12% Physical Resistance.
    → 4 pieces: No longer grants +1 to all Wizard skills. Now it grants +3 to Meteor, Molten Impact and Blizzard.
    Firebird’s Ascension: Cooldown reduced by 5 seconds.

  • Tal Rasha’s Elements:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Blizzard, Meteor, Magic Missile and its modifiers.
    → 2 pieces: Added 120% bonus damage to Elemental Dot’s.
    → 3 pieces: 25% poison/bleeding resistances.
    → 4 pieces: +2 to all Wizard skills*.
    → 5 pieces: 120 Offensive Ability.
    Head modifier - Blizzard: 70 cold damage | 160 frostburn damage over 2 seconds.
    Head modifier - Magic Missile: 85 elemental damage | 30% chance of reducing target’s DA by 150 for 3 seconds.
    Focus modifier - Meteor: 40 elemental damage | +1 projectile | 100% physical damage converted to Elemental.
    Set modifier - Meteor: Damage converted to Elemental and increased by 120% | 3 seconds cooldown | 25 reduced target’s resistances.
    Set modifier - Blizzard: Cold damage converted to Elemental | 3 seconds duration.

  • Natalya’s Vengeance
    → Now it grants skillpoints only to Multishot, Arsenal, and Rain of Vengeance.
    → No longer grants +1 to all Demon Hunter skills.
    2 pieces: Bonus damage to Bleeding/Pierce/Lightning.
    3 pieces: Vitality/Bleeding resistances.
    4 pieces: +3 to Multishot and Rain of Vengeance | 50% Armor Piercing
    Crossbow modifier - Multishot: 25 piercing damage | 15% reduced enemy’s attack speed.
    Set modifier - Rain of Vengeance: 30% weapon damage | -3 seconds cooldown | 25% reduced damage taken from Chthonics and Aetherials while it’s active.
    Set modifier - Multishot: 100 bleeding damage over 3 seconds | 12% weapon damage

  • The Shadow’s Mantle
    → Now it grants skillpoints only to Hungering Shot, Entangling Shot, Cluster Arrow and its modifiers.
    → Focus on pierce, cold and frostburn damage.
    → Leg armor replaced with shoulder armor.
    → Head piece: Now it grants 60 cold damage + 100% Lightning damage converted to Cold to Entangling Shot.
    → Hand piece: Now it grants 30 cold damage + 12% weapon damage to Hungering Shot and 300 frostburn damage over 3 seconds + 60 piercing damage to Cluster Arrow
    → 2 pieces: 120% Pierce/Cold damage
    → 3 pieces: 100 offensive ability and 200% Frostburn damage with 50% increased duration
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Hungering Shot | +3 to Entangling Shot | 30% Vitality/Chaos resistance.
    → 5 pieces: 2 to all skills in Demon Hunter | 25-50 cold damage.
    Set modifier - Shadow Power: Crit damage removed. Added 15% chance to avoid melee attacks and deflect projectiles.

    Granted skill “Sentry”: Summon a sentry that attacks enemies with frost bolts. Up to 3 sentries can be active at a time.

  • Bones of Rathma:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Summon Skills, Commander of the Dead and Frenzy.
    → Damage bonuses removed.
    → Bonus health and resistances improved.
    Set Bonuses - Player: Bonus health removed.
    Set Bonuses - Pets: Bonus to all damage reduced. Crit damage reduced. % Defensive Ability replaced with % Offensive Ability.
    Army of the Dead: Maximum skeletons reduced by 2. Damage increased and changed from Cold to Vitality.

  • Grace of Inarius:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Bone Armor, Decrepify, Bone Spikes, Grim Scythe and its modifiers.
    → Focus on Cold/Vitality damage.
    Set bonuses: Bonus health removed. Aether resistance increased. Now 4 pieces grants +2 to all Necromancer skills.
    Hand modifier - Grim Scythe: 70 cold damage | 210 frostburn damage over 3 seconds | 50% vitality damage converted to cold.
    Head modifier - Bone Spikes: Total damage modified by 50% | +1 second cooldown.
    Set modifier - Decrepify: -15% to cold and vitality resistances.
    Set Granted Skill - Dead Storm: Summon a storm of the dead in spiral, harming enemies around you and reducing their resistances for 5 seconds.

  • Trag’Oul’s Avatar: Added 2 seconds cooldown to Blood Spikes set skill.

  • Wrath of the Wastes:
    → Added Fire/Burn damage bonuses.
    Set modifier - Whirlwind: Removed defensive stats and 20% total speed | Weapon damage reduced from 20% to 16% | Added 50 physical damage + 24 reduced target’s resistances for 3 seconds.
    Set modifier - Warcry: -15% Physical and Fire resistances | -20% attack speed.

  • The Legacy of Raekor:
    → Now it grants skill points only to Furious Charge, Battering Ram, Avalanche and Seismic Slam.
    → Focus on Cold and Physical damage.
    → 2 pieces: 120% cold/physical damage.
    → 3 pieces: 200% Frostburn damage + 100% Increased duration | 6% crit damage | 110 offensive ability | +3 to Battering Ram.
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Furious Charge | +3 to Avalanche | Granted skill “Frostbite”.
    Set modifier - Furious Charge: 24 reduced target’s resistances for 5 seconds | 250 frostburn damage over 3 seconds | -0.8 seconds cooldown.
    Set modifier - Avalanche: +1 second cooldown | 45% total damage | 12% reduced target’s resistances for 5 seconds | 30-180 Cold damage.

  • Might of the Earth:
    → Now it’s a epic set with normal version (72) and a mythical one (94).
    → Now it grants skill points only to Earthquake, Volcanic Fury, Avalanche and Cleave.
    → Focus on Fire and Physical damage.
    → Hand piece: Grants skill “Bash” (Attack replacer).
    → 2 pieces: 100% Fire/Physical/Burn damage.
    → 3 pieces: 12% Crit Damage | 10% cooldown reduction.
    → 4 pieces: +3 to Earthquake | +3 to Avalanche | 10% Physical resistance.
    → 5 Pieces: +2 to all Barbarian Skills | Granted skill “Ground Stomp”.

Changed Items:

  • Visage of Gunes:
    Removed → Bonus to all damage.
    Added → Bonuses to Elemental damage and Elemental DoTs.
    Item Skill “From the Shadows” → Now Shadow Clones deal Elemental damage instead of Bleeding damage to match with the item bonuses. Pierce damage reduced. Chance to freeze reduced from 100% to 33%.
  • Velvet Camaral:
    New Item Skill Lightning Blast → Launch a missile of pure lightning that pierces through your foes.
  • Moribund Gauntlets: Now it’s a legendary item.
    Removed → Elemental resistance. Vitality resistance for pets.
    Added → Aether resistance for the player and his pets.
  • Mythical Shukrani’s Triumph:
    Removed → Item modifier to Spirit Vessel
    Changed → No longer reduces Spirit Walk’s cooldown, now it grants 300% Cold/Vitality/Frostburn/Decay damage instead.
  • Mythical The Barber:
    Removed → 50% chance to pierce through enemies to Spirit Barrage.
    Added → 100 Frostburn damage over 3 seconds to Spirit Barrage.
  • Scepter of Woh:
    Removed → Casting speed.
    Added → Attack speed.
  • Flavor of Time:
    Removed → Burn retaliation (it was not intended).
  • Halo of Arlyse: Now it’s an amulet.

  • Dust Devils: Now it’s called "Volcanic Eruption*, increasing Whirlwind’s Fire damage and burning enemies over 2 seconds. It still procs Dust Devils, as a passive, however they last longer at ultimate ranks, so skillpoints from Wrath of the Wastes set could be more effective.
  • Whirlwind’s Transmuter: Now it’s called “Hurricane”. Fire damage is converted to Cold and Whirlwind gains 20% chance to freeze enemies for 2 seconds.
  • Juggernaut: Removed.
  • Bloodthirst: Added increased healing effects. Health regeneration increased. New ultimate bonus ↓

does this mean there will be 9 dogs?

  • When you reactivate the “Zombie Dogs” skill, only one Zombie Dog will respawn. You need to disband all the Zombie Dogs who are still alive to spawn three new ones. If someone knows how to make it respawn all 3 pets at once, let me know.

If I’m understanding this query, you just need to set the summon skill to have the number of spawns you want in the burstspawn field. For example, if you want level 1 to spawn 1, level 6 to spawn 2 and level 10 to spawn 3, you would have your ‘burst’ array looking like this:
1;1;1;1;1;2;2;2;2;3,

That wouuld make levels 1-5 spawn 1 dog, 6 - 9 spawn 2 dogs, and 10+ SHOULD spawn 3.

Each Zombie Dog summon 1 Damned Dog (3 in total). Sorry for not making it clear at description.

At all levels, the burst number is 3. It always spawns 3 dogs at once when you use the skill for the first time. The problem is when you reactivate, it ‘kills’ one dog and spawns another one, instead of killing all of them and spawning 3 new ones at once. :confused:

What is the limit? Is it also set to 3?

Looks great. I honestly never thought the modding community for GD would reach these levels so quickly. I certainly hope Crate’s development team are watching these threads with great appreciation for what the community is capable of.

Easiest way I have found is to copy an existing item and make modifications.

I like this mastery so far, it’s a pretty good job.

Except for one thing that could be tweaked a bit: The Queen spiders.
I like everything about it but the fact that it’s slow to get into the fight because of two small delays that add up:
-The “throw jar” animation takes a bit of time but it’s cool as it is.

  • And the spiderlings summon animation.
    Only then they start engaging mobs, and ideally both could use overall faster animations or at least the latter.

Don’t know if it’s something doable, but it would suit the fast pace of the game better.

Well, it’s about a spamming skill, these delays are kind of necessary, but you’re right about the spiderlings. I’ll increase their spawn animation speed on next update :wink:

So… stupid question, but…

Do all the summons, inlcuding the temporary ones, scale of pet bonuses? None of them say.

Also, wheeeeree isss myyy gargantuan?!?

It seems to me Zombie Dogs to be overpowered for start of game.

I think it could be useful to state everywhere it is the case “scale with pet bonuses”
