Is Holy bolt damage supposed to turn into Fire ?
The description says it converts physical damage to lightning but the tooltip converts it into fire.

If you could revise most area of effect skills, it is much more than this game is balanced for, for example force wave starts at 8m where callidors tempest starts at 4.x , same goes for leech vs sigil of consumption, imo the area of effect should scale with level. I’ ve been playing only d3 classes on grimarillion and I can say they are atleast 50% stronger than any GD mastery, maybe beause they are intended to be solo masteries without a second one then it would make sense, and there are some item+ cube combinations that are straight out busted.

I like Force Wave as it is, it doesn’t do weapon damage contrary to Callidor that’s why it as a bigger radius.Scaling with level to reach 8 at max rank seems fair, but it requires more work (for FX).
The new Witch doctor visual is cool.

Energy armor fx is off position, it is not centered on the player like maiven’s sphere is.

I really like D3 mod, but when i get the smith in Devil crossing and open the smith tag i can’t see any basic recipes, it’s emty for five tag. It’s a bug or i must farm to find the blueprint right ? (p/s: i was play nomal version (steam), but want to try something new so i chose D3 mod to play).

I was wondering if it’s intended that Kanai cube relics don’t have completion bonuses (for balancing reasons for example) as I plan to make a few barbarian relics with completion bonuses like the vanilla game relics.

Well, completion bonuses are attached to the blacksmiths, right? It was supposed to be working, I didn’t touch it. Idk if vanilla relics gain completion bonuses though.

No, that’s different.
Relics can have a random bonus like +X% Damage to undead, +1 skill X and +1 skill Y…
This is stored in the variable bonustableName of the relic item.For example :

  • Crafted Items: Fixed an issue where crafted items and their recipes weren’t removed as intended.
  • Added a new Necromancer’s chest armor called Requiem Cereplate. It was supposed to be included on Patch 2.5.
  • Bryner’s Journey: Fixed an issue where Bone Nova didn’t deal any damage.

  • Grace of Inarius: Reduction to target’s damage changed from -500 to -30%.
  • Tal Rasha’s Elements: Magic Weapon → Bonus elemental damage reduced from 500% to 300%. Meteor and Arcane Devastation procs no longer costs energy.
  • Zunimassa’s Haunt: Fetish Army → Cooldown reduction decreased from 45 seconds to 20 seconds.

Crusader

  • Mastery Level Scaling: Health increased from 26-1300 to 28-1400.
  • Punish: Physical damage slightly reduced. Internal Trauma damage increased from 8-68 to 8-84 over 2 seconds.
  • Fury: Lightning damage increased from 8-52 to 20-130. Bonus physical damage reduced from 10-120% to 8-96%. Rebirth → Bonus health regeneration reduced by 8% at all ranks. Health restored slightly reduced. Cooldown and active duration increased to 6 seconds.

  • Energy Armor: 4-20% increased energy changed to 150-600 energy bonus.
  • Ice Armor:Added 40-220 cold retaliation. Chance of freezing retaliation reduced by 5%. Cold damage from Frozen Storm increased by 30. Damage absorption reverted to 2-15%.
  • Magic Missile: Elemental damage changed from 20-248 to 18-228. Cast animation changed to default (The previous animation sometimes didn’t launch the projectiles when character was close to doors).
  • Charged Blast: Added 10-120 lightning damage. Elemental damage bonus slightly reduced. Energy cost increased by 2.
  • Conflagrate:Burn damage changed from 240 over 3 seconds to 260 over 2 seconds.

  • Kiss of Death: Poison damage bonus reduced from 6-82 to 5-60%. Added 5-60% acid damage bonus. Reduction to target’s DA removed. Added 4-15% chance to fear enemies for 3 seconds.
  • Lob Blob Bomb: Vitality damage increased from 12-56 to 15-70. Acid damage changed from 16-82 to 25-80.
  • Acid Rain: Added 16-192 reduction to target’s DA for 3 seconds.
  • Mass of Confusion: Energy cost reduced from 66-138 to 46-100. Cooldown reduced from 16 to 6 seconds. Confusion chance reduced from 100% to 20-50%. Reduction to target’s DA removed. Added 30-120 reduced target’s OA.

  • Bone Golem: Damage absorption reduced from 5-20% to 3-15%. Bone Tornado no longer confuses enemies, instead it will knock them down for 1 second.
  • Grim Scythe: Weapon damage reduced by 10%. Aether damage reduced from 5-80 to 4-64. Vitality damage slightly reduced.
  • Cursed Scythe: Vitality decay damage changed from 15-125 to 26-114.
  • Dark Reaping: Added 8-96% bonus vitality decay damage. Life steal slightly increased at higher ranks.
  • Frailty: Now it’s an toggled aura the reduces resistances of enemies (cold, aether, vitality, poison) and their defensive ability by 3% up to 30%.
  • Blood is Power: Total damage bonus reduced from 4-25% to 4-15%. Ultimate bonus removed.
  • Final Service: Bonus damage to Aetherials and Undead reduced by 10%.
  • Bone Spikes: Minimum vitality damage changed from 8-68 to 5-80. Maximum pierce damage slightly reduced.
  • Frost Spikes: Fixed an issue where it was gaining stun effect at level 12. Chance to freeze removed. Added 10-40% slow to target’s move speed.

  • Bone Spirit: Moved from tier 7 to 6. Time to live increased from 3 to 12 seconds. Before time expires, now it explodes only when it gets close to enemies. Added a new transmuter. Summon limit set to 4.
  • Panic Attack: Summon a contaminated bone spirit with an aura that deals poison and vitality damage to nearby enemies and may fear them for 2 seconds. It no longer explodes on death.

Monk

  • Mastery Level Scaling: Health slightly reduced.
    [li]Inner Sanctuary: ↓[/li][ol]
  • No longer weakens enemies. Instead, it absorbs 20% up to 75% of damage taken to you and all allies standing on it and increases defensive ability by 18 up to 150 at rank 12.
  • Cooldown increased from 16 to 18 seconds.
  • No longer scales from 6 to 8 seconds duration, now it lasts for 6 seconds at all ranks.
  • Ultimate bonus changed: Temple of Protection makes you and all your allies immune to control impairing effects.

[li]Safe Haven: New Inner Sanctuary’s modifer. Grants 46-134 bonus health regeneration and 16-35% chance to deflect projectiles to you and all allies standing on the area.[/li]

  • Awareness: Cooldown increased by 5 seconds.
  • Arsenal: Fire damage increased from 8-30 to 9-42.
  • Smoke Screen: Cooldown increased by 4 seconds.
  • Multishot: Weapon damage reduced from 40-55% to 25-40%. Piercing damage increased from 10-55 to 10-70. Bleeding damage increased from 9-54 to 10-85 over 3 seconds.
  • Full Broadside: Chance to deal increased damage removed. Added 3-30% crit damage.
    [li]Vengeance: Energy cost reduced by 50. Cooldown reduced by 15 seconds.[/li]Side Guns → Visual effect of projectiles changed to blueish-purple shadows. Now it deals 36 up to 190 elemental damage, at rank 12. Number of projectiles reduced from 4 to 2.
  • Rain of Vengeance: Energy cost reduced from 84-238 to 76-164.
  • Marked for Death: Added 3 seconds cooldown. Active duration increased from 5 to 8 seconds.
    [li]Cluster Arrow: Physical damage reduced from 40-370 to 36-256.[/li]Dazzling Arrow → Stun duration increased from 3.0 to 3.5 seconds.
  • Cluster Bombs: Damage reduced in line with the Cluster Arrow changes, since each bomb deals half of Cluster Arrow’s damage.
  • Spray of Teeth: Fixed an issue where the radius wasn’t working as intended.
  • Chakram: Now it reduces enemy’s damage for 5-20% for 3 seconds.

Item Skill Modifiers

  • Crown of the Primus: Slow Time → Reduction to enemy’s total resistance decreased from 35 to 15. Cooldown reduction removed. Added +2 seconds duration.
  • Mythical Ring of Arlyse: Ice Armor → Physical resistance reduced from 10% to 8%. Dodge chance reduced from 25% to 20%.
  • Mythical Last Breath: Last Breath → Enemy’s health regeneration reduction decreased from 200% to 150%.
  • Mythical Dayntee’s Binding: Frailty → Reduction to enemy’s elemental damage increased from 25% to 30%. Leech → Reduction to enemy’s physical damage increased from 25% to 30%.
  • Mythical Dawn: Vengeance → Cooldown reduction decreased from 10 to 6 seconds.
  • Mythical Tall Man’s Finger: It’s no longer stackable.
  • Hunter’s Wrath: Rapidfire → Bonus total damage reduced from 5% to 4%. Attack speed reduced from 10% to 8%.
  • Mythical Halo of Karini: Storm Armor → Target’s damage reduction changed from -100 for 3 seconds to -10% for 2 seconds.
  • Mythical Lakumba’s Ornament: Soul Harvest → 25% target’s damage reduction for 5 seconds removed. Added 30% chance for target to fumble attacks for 5 seconds.
  • Mythical Mask of the Scarlet Death: Command Skeletons → Energy cost reduction decreased from 100% to 50%.
  • Mythical Spiritguards: Inner Sanctuary → No longer reduces target’s damage by 100. Now it gains 1 second cooldown reduction.
  • Mythical Vengeful Wind: Sweeping Wind → Cold and lightning damage reduced by 20 each.

Kanai’s Cube

  • Added a new relic called Kanai’s Cube: Requiem.
  • Maltorius: Burn/electrocute damage bonuses removed.
  • Gabriel: Fixed an issue where it couldn’t be found on the Blacksmith.
  • Shar’Zul’s Furnace: Added the “Crusader’s” prefix.
  • Last Breath: Fixed an issue with the Spirit Walk’s skillmodifier.
  • Skill modifiers bonuses were reduced by half.

Chance to get Forgotten Souls increased, buff to Rain of Vengeance, more reworks and some bug fixes.

Now monsters from Bounty Quests has 100% chance to drop Forgotten Souls.

Did two bounties in Coven’s Refuge (Ugdenbog) and neither bounty/hero monster dropped a Forgotten Soul.

By the way, Grimer, this mod is fantastic. The whole bounty and forgotten soul system makes this game so much fun. Also, what you did with the Crusader regarding Heavenly Strength is genius. For what it’s worth, I do not plan on buying the Forgotten Gods expansion unless this mod requires it. (Grim Dawn 2 please!)
