Well as the tittle, sort of can we have some more rift gates that placing in old areas like East Marsh or The Gruesome Harvest, or Fort Haron, or infront the entrance to Tomb of Korvaak.
Good idea. But I disagree on locations. First and foremost, it would be nice if new rifts were placed in front of roguelike dungeon entrances.
In front of SoT,cause you have to walk on same route over and over and this dungeon is a must for campaign farming.
Or you could realize that such locations are deliberately placed far away from riftgates to prevent rapid farming.
Ofc know that, but will be more comfortable with riftgate and it’s not going to break the game.
Yup. Got a point. Also, they should make you do a 100 push-ups before running the game. To prevent rapid playing.
We will get more mobility skills in FG though. Should speed up the traveling process a bit I think.
My point is don’t bother asking for things you know are directly against their design decisions. Of course it would be easier if we had riftgates right next to the good farming locations, but we’re not going to get them.
All these areas have riftgates within 1 minute reach, or even less.
There are only one or two areas where I think a riftgate would be somewhat helpful and that’s Steps of Torment and maybe Port Valbury but that might not be the best idea since you can farm crystals on the way to the skeleton gate.
But as I wrote in the Alkamos rings thread, I’d prefer a secret tunnel that connects SoT with Staunton Mines, rather than yet another riftgate.
