Most newb friendly ranged build

So what would be one of the most newb friendly and least gear dependent ranged build that can compete in ultimate and crucible?

I don’t care if it is guns or just a straight caster, but I am trying to find one that I can start from scratch and only use gear he finds or gear I can craft.

Honestly I have only finished normal, never elite.

Vitality Conjurer is most newbie friendly

Do you have a specific build to look at for tips?

Like dekaron said vitality conjurer should work in ultimate with little to no gear requirements. I doubt you’ll be able to take it to gladiator in crucible. You should be able to go up until challenger though.
