Mouse issue when scaled beyond native display resolution.

Hi, I been trying to play GD @1080p on a 1366x768p display. To do this I used GeDoSaTo, but if I render it at 1080p the mouse gets stuck on the top left corner of the screen. Does anyone know the correct mouse settings I should use in GeDoSaTo? btw I managed to get TQ:IT working perfectly at 1080p.
Also am I posting this in the correct section?
