There is very little benefit beyond 12 points for Emboldening Presence and Manipulation, and you’re not getting much one of the one points in Mend Flesh, Lightning Strike, Ember Claw, or Infernal Breath.
I’d recommend taking the 12 points I listed above and instead using 10 of them to cap Primal Spirit (he is very powerful), and take two more active skills for you. You currently have only one skill that can bind to Shepherd’s Call, Hungering Void, or Arcane Bomb.
Also, with both Salazaar’s Harbinger and Primal Spirit, you might consider freeing up one devotion point for Time Dilation.
I’d expect that you’d probably get more overall benefit from using Primal Instinct as your relic as well.

There are also several pet Conjurer builds in the compendium it might be worth having a look at.
If you wish to do Crucible you must get TD to refresh Primal spirit and briars.
Also PS should be maxed. he has huge phys dmg that is converted. I guess you have less cause whishpers ammy made ultos scepeter a bit redundant
You might also need A bit of swarm and Bat for Crucible last you prepare yourself for a marathon. This is why Necros have an easier time.
I’d use Swarm Relic also in your case
