I tried showing my GF the game as a conjurer and I summoned all my pets, she said they were ugly and gross. She said that she would never play this game because of the ugly pets and she wants cute ones. There are no kittens or puppies or whatever so please maybe implement cute pets, thanks.
p.s. she said she kind of liked the bird (familar) though

I did, I hopped on to my necro to show her those and she made the puking sound/motion then walked out of the room when I summoned blight fiend. Zoomed all the way in.

How about Shaman’s Primal Spirit and Nemesis (Relic for Nightblade) then. This is how kittens look once they have grown up. Too bad, that the former scales with pet bonuses and the latter with the player’s.

I agree with the girl. There are no cute pets in this game. Cool yes but not cuddly cute. If only we able to do some visual customization to pets akin to illusionist then that would increase the girl player population tenfold.

The gods forbid. Horrible idea. :eek: Also can’t see cute pets outweighing the rest of the game’s grimness. If they want cute pets what are they going to do when they meet up with Barrowholm? If they want cute pets go and play some mindless game that doesn’t require you to actually learn its mechanics.
