Is there a consistent way to farm this recipe? I’ve checked Vinelton alot and never once seen the lvl 94 pattern, or any lvl 94 pattern at all. Does he even sell 94 recipes?

That vendor only sells level 75 blueprints. You can try Nemesis farming, rogue dungeon farming, or do early Shattered Reaml shards.

Tried all 3 of those and still haven’t come across it yet, this vendor farm was my last idea xD
