Mythical Ravager's Bite

Is this thing any good? Have no build with it. Can’t find any up to date.

I used it on a Diviner Wraith Ritualist in 1.0.6.1, never posted the build though. My attempts at a skeleton Ritualist aside, I was planning to try to revitalize the Wraith build, although I somewhat doubt that this weapon will be sufficient in the current environment. Pet Ritualists are hamstrung pretty badly unfortunately.

The weapon has some decent bonuses by they don’t really synergize too well with other equipment, but there aren’t really any other good options for Diviner Ritualists so it kind of ends up being “the best of what’s left” if you don’t want to use a double-rare Salazaars blade.

No idea if it has uses outside of pet builds.

This concurs with my experience trying to fit it on to my existing ritualists. Looks poor. Unsure how to fix though. Making a list of bad to underpowered to fine but boring weapons. But focusing on one’s I know what to do with.

this was that old build. The medal was mainly for the poison resist. The build would probably be a lot better with Mogdrogens’s Sigil and Bonescavenger’s if you could get the resistances up.

I assume this is a link to the GT version for playtesters because it asks for a login

Considering the incredible difficulty I had over the weekend with a Skeleton Ritualist, I’m pleasantly surprised to say that with this no-MI Diviner build (slightly updated version of the before) I managed a 10:30 clear (4 buffs + banner) on my first try. A Seer’s (+3 Conjure Primal Spirit) Salazaar’s Sovereign Blade of Bestial Rage dropped it to 10:00, not really a huge improvement. I’m not sure there is a weapon option much better for this build than Ravager’s Bite - although that doesn’t mean it doesn’t needs some love.

I take back what I said about Ravager’s Bite being BiS on this build. I finally got around to testing the true best 1-handed pet weapon in the game and dropped 2 minutes of my crucible time on that Diviner build. I’ve known about this thing for a while, I can’t believe I never took the time to actually try it.
