  1. Whats wrong with dmg base? Its painfully low.
  2. Proc is horrible. 33% Weapon Damage ?
  3. Skill bonuses has nothing to do with weapon dmg bonuses. +2 to Dread
    +2 to Harbinger of Souls ?

I am guessing low base damage is due to double flat bonuses this weapon has. And its proc is actually strong when compared to procs of mythical axes, such as earthsplitter and korba axe.

Skill bonuses do not make sense, I agree.
