This was probably designed for vitality CDR Bone harvest caster, yet I fail to see how this gona work.
From what I see in skill bonuses someone forgot to add +1 Necro here. Sigil is odd and Wendigo is utterly useless. Probably mixed up with Blood pact.
From skill mods Wendigo bonuses are a joke due to 1 summon limit, lol.
Suggestions:
1)Return missing +1 necro to this item.
2)Switch Sigil bonuses to Second rite
3)Switch + wendigo to Blood pact
4)Remove useless modifiers to Wendigo totem.
The original item was used for Crit based Sigil build concept by Ceno. How about we keep Sigil bonus and add a Crit modifier to Sigil (kind of like the one we have on the MI)?

There is 0 OA and 0 crit dmg on this item. literally any other vitality based scepter would outperform it.
Remove “lives for 10 seconds” and add “+1 summon limit” to Wendigo Totem.
I love this skill, tbh, and I wish I could make a superior healing character (Kubacabra v2) physical Warder with tons of motherfucking healing.
Wendigo Totem has decent healing, 8% +1350 at rank 22, so if we could stack it (dual wield Soulbearers), we could take up to 24% + 4050 heal. Yes, it sounds terribly OP, but you actually waste a place for two weapons (or one) that would give you maybe even more than Soulbearer provides.
Maybe even add 10 reduced target’s resistances (to player) to Wendigo Totem in that case. I just want to heal a motherfucking ton and have fun with it. I know Crate won’t do that, but whatever… Let me dream at least.
The only reason I suggest it cause Crit based Sigil builds will otherwise have to rely on an MI
Btw, we could use a skill mod for % OA or DA to Mogdrogen’s pact.

:rolleyes: how Wendigo bonuses help Vitality caster is beyond my understanding of the game. Pushing Wendigo from 20 to 22 increase base dmg from 139 per second to 162 per second and healing from 7% to 8% +310 flat per second.
As for Sigil - its so easy to cap it at 22/12. Almost all vitality items provide +SoC bonuses. Do we need another one?
