Why tho? Shaman ain’t known for its pierce damage.
maybe he’s trying to use the lightning conversion (and a few more items with this conversion like magi Osiria Ring) to get Pierce Savagery. but yeah, in theory its not good either. we have Pierce/Bleeding Savagery Trickster with Rancor, but tbh its bleeding carry the build, not pierce

Nightclaw would also fit Pierce Savagery if dual-wielded or used alongside Brutallax.
Don’t see how much more benefit you’re going to get from this when you can already full convert it via armour-piercing or use a pair of Orissia rings to full convert Brute Force.
