Necromancer mastery could get a source of elemental RR (in addition to gear and constellations) especialy for pet builds. Important itens that affect necromancer skills convert damage to fire/lightning (Korvaak’s Burning Blade, Stormbringer of Malmouth, Voidmancer’s Cord) and necromancer pets also deal a lot of fire/cold damage. I usally have to espend a lot of devotions points to get decent elemental RR, needing Elemental Storm plus Eldritch Fire/Arcane Bomb. Elemental Conjurer only needs Elemental Storm or Eldritch Fire, more rarely Rumor, because gets acces to both Wind Devil and Curse of Frailty (both providing RR to all elemental damage). I tend to miss the extra devotion points required by elemental necromancers (I used translator in this sentence).

how can we see this in effect already: the meme builds where necro get fire or cold RR
necro pets should not get a free or easy access ele RR imo, it would likely spiral way out of control way too fast with especially occultist synergy and likely even shaman too, just resulting in a bunch of nerfs and or unnecessary rebalancing…
i don’t think there is a good reason to upset the current pet status/balancing like that atm other than “i think X there for i’d like this” without further considerations…
