Hi,
i am new to the game and leveld up my Pyro to lvl 51 right now. While having no problems on normal i die a lot on elite. Main skills are Sigil, Blackwater Cocktail with wendigo devotion and Pox with witchfire devotion. The damage is pretty good but as mentioned before i die. Any ideas how to to increase the survivability of my char?

Hello there. It would be helpful to post your exact build, including devotions, using GrimCalc. Screenshots of your character sheet would also be helpful.
If you’re dying a lot in Elite, it sounds like a problem regarding resistances. If you’re unaware, you take a -25% resistance penalty to your primary resistances when in Elite difficulty (Primary being the first line - Fire, Cold, Lightning, Acid, Piercing). Look to shore up your resistances through equipment, components, augments, and devotions.
Hey, yeah you are right my resistances are mostly negative right now, thx for the info. Whats the best way to boost them ? Right now i just have the gear i found on my first playthrough.

Use this build, wreck all things. I’m currently ROFL my way through Ultimate with this build (all self-found and my gear is still complete crap) and I killed Elite Log easily. Stick SoC under his mouth, watch as Meteors, Thermite Mine, and Solael’s Flame wrecks his world.
