Could use some CC like Flashbang or Canister Bomb Concussive Blast for stun. Also 1 point into temper and some into Blastshield would be useful.
Devotion wise I don’t think you should be using Raven which is more for pet builds.
Stat wise you seem to be investing a lot into cunning/spirit which is odd if you want a lightning build. Expansion will have some respect options for stats so that will help in improving what you have currently.
I just wanna second what DeMasked said - the most obvious “flaw” about that build is that you have completely left out some skills that only needed a few points to massively boost your build - one point in “Canister Bomb”, three in “Concussive Bomb” and you already got a massively effective area-stun; at least one point in “Flashbang” and one in “Searing Light”; at least one point in “Blast Shield”.
Taking “Stun Jacks” for the stun and the synergy with your lightning build might also be an option, also you might consider maxing “Raging Tempest” for it’s resistance reduction and having at least one point in “Wendigo Totem” for when some mobs threaten you up close.
Probably the most effective of all of those though might really be “Flashbang”, because it works even on bosses.
I have heard a lot of good things about Flashbang, the issue I have with Flashbang is that I can’t seem to use it to it’s maximum potential and often find it disruptive. I always have this dilemma of whether I should throw one out every time it is up, throw 1 out and then throw another 1 after 5 seconds
or just randomly toss 1 out whenever there is an opening.
I am also considering swapping Storm Totem for Wind Devil since it serve my kiting and mobile playstyle better. I will most definitely try to slap Elemental Storm on to the Wind Devil when I switch. Does the resistance reduction stacks with the Viper devotion and Elemental Storm?
Also, I have problem understanding how Blastshield works, will it automatically proc all the time when I am below 60% HP or I have heal back and get reduced below 60% again for it to proc? Don’t understand how the damage absorb works as well but I have taken points out of Stormcaller’s Pact to invest in it since I don’t really see the value for having Stormcaller’s Pact.
high impact raises your physical damage… a damage type you aren’t stacking damage for. you’re trying lighting and not physical. Shattering blast gives crit. so if you get sufficient OA you can make some use for it.
