I am planning to use Infernal Brimstone for this build, but not sure to choose Firestrike or Cadence as main attack.
Please leave your advice / opinion / thoughts about this.

but u must go olerons rage so go for cadence
That’s what I thought too. Besides, FS seems no AoE with melee.
You mean “Justicar” set? It’s passive bonus is for shield+1hand…
Is forcewave buffed? I didn’t hear much good about this skill…
If you mean the Justicar passives are for 1 hand + shield, then no it isn’t. It’s for a melee weapon OR a shield, you just need to have either equipped to get the bonus.
If that’s not what you meant, then nevermind.

Now I have to decide using Ulzuin or Justicar set. Which one do you think it’s better for Infernal Brimstone?
Well, since Ulzuin’s set has a rifle in it, you can no longer use your 2-handed melee if you want to complete the set lol…
Granted, I feel you’re a lot better off using a combination of legendary items, rather than just going straight justicar set, although the set itself is strong I prefer items with more firepower and procs.
Cadence is better for melee, firestrike better for ranged.
I use firestrike, but because i have hellborne on weapon swap, so more efficient use of skill points.
Still able to kill iron maiden and fabius easily so…
I picked Fire Strike for my 2H Physical/Fire Commando. I use every Justicar piece expect the helm, i use the Mask of Infernal Truth instead.
So far, i can kill Valdaran, Moosilauke and Benn’Jhar with next to no issues and rather fast (like 40 secs to a minute). I still need to unlock Iron Maiden and Fabius. I did beat the Dalia quest rather easily but it’s not that hard honestly.
Cadence did get buffed a lot in 1.0.0.5, so i would test both to see which has the better results.
What devotions you choose?
i swapped to cadence from firestrike and boy it’s so much better. Geared towards physical now with very insanely fast clear speeds and very tanky…using lvl 58 legendaries for now… still at elite though but i cant wait to get to 75 and try my warborn set. It should be viable for ultimate i hope.
