So i’m collecting recipes, and for a while i was getting a lot to drop on Elite, but now i assume there are so few left that the rates are much lower.
I still need many of the legendary set helmets
Dreegs, Justice, Ultos etc.
My question is, strictly for farming recipes, should i switch to Ultimate? obviously it’s a lot slower to farm my guy on ultimate (i only do the undead one), but is it worth it for recipes? Or am i just being superstitious and should stick to elite. I have received many lvl 75 recipes on elite, but it’s been nothing for quite a while now.
I’m in the same boat, unfortunately. Once you get down to 10-20 recipes left, it seems to slow to an unbearable crawl with getting one you don’t have yet.
I had been farming Fabius on Elite for the longest time, then switched to Ultimate in hopes on increased drop rates, but didn’t notice anything different. Still seemed to be like one new recipe every 30 or so kills. Maybe my luck is just crap though, who knows.
I’m missing most of the helm recipes as well, and as a result can’t complete many of the sets. lol
I just went back to farming Elite, as it’s just quicker and since the drops seemed to be the same, recipe-wise, it seemed to make more sense.
Elite farming is good if you are starting out and need items. But, in my experience elite Fabius provided lots of relic recipies. LOTS of them. The lvl 75 item recipies I got in ultimate. Markovian Helm, Faguard of Justice, Dreeg’s, Leviathan, Badge of mastery and mark of divinity etc. Even tough Badge of mastery is just lvl 58.
yeah i think it’s a matter of low drop rate when you have a lot of recipes. i need Justice helm, Dreeg helm, Ultos helm, and maybe some others but nothing i can think of- i now have every relic recipe in the game, so unfortunately it’s not gonna be easy to get any of those helmets
