First of all, the thing which gets released on 16th November is a huge (free) Update, not the next Expansion “Fangs of Asterkarn”. Secondly it is mentioned in the Release-Date Topic of 1.2.0 (moment give me a minute to link it):
So for 1.2.0 they aim at 16th for a Xbox Release, but it “might” have a delay thanks to certification and such.
