I’m using a burn retaliation commando made mostly from greens. I wouldn’t mind a set that focuses on this. Call it the “obsidian juggernaut” set - Armor forged from the hellish creatures of the void.

Give “counter strike” a modifier that converts 100% bleeding damage to burn damage and lowers enemies fire resist by 25%. etc. Add burn retaliation to blast shield or give temper flat burn retaliation bonuses. etc. There’s a tonne of ways you can go.

Yes those 2 are a lil OP, but the ideea is there. To me an item is it’s stats, if they are 2 high they can be lowered. And i pretty much added them 2 to start the thread.

“+25% CDR” You will never see such a thing on a single item

Also it’s understandable that with the coming xpac there will be loads of new items

Does not seem op to you? I know it doesn’t because you took the time to write it. I wouldn’t mind personally but it won’t happen. Crate is wary of too much CDR after TQ and CD up to patch 0.4 pre AoM Belgo relic and margovian.

The ring I’m also fine with cause there is not enough +Dual Blades(except the proc, wtf man…you want chains of anguish S&M? :smiley: ), been saying it for a long time

“Up to”, as in maximum. 25% is still pushing the limit of CDR on an item, especially if it’s the average value, then it’s pretty OP.

The 18% cooldown reduction is on a 2-hander to make up for the fact that most implements have 4% average and off-hands have around 15-16% average CDR so it evens out to roughly the same amount.

That two handed sword will never happen. Far too good and generic. There’s a reason Silverbolt isn’t very strong, to compensate for the fact it has +2 to All skills.

To me they were not OP even before…but just want to understand what is considered OP in this game…or what people concept’s of OP is…silverbolt seems…meh…why use it ? for rift farming where there are only chtons ? and dont really see a build with it…that would actually be good…with what devo woould i use it ?

Too much CDR leads to certain exploits. They limited enernity to off-hands deliberately. Mages tend to have less life steal, so they geave them a boost with that relic

I’m always a fan of new damage combinations but I think some of your stats need tuning down, for example, you don’t need some form of conversion of every piece of gear :stuck_out_tongue: Makes it hard to figure out how everything lines up.

Wanted to be sure it’s all chaos and light dmg, no phys or even bleed.

Edited : In total, all items give 100% phys dmg converted to chaos and 75% phys converted to light, still missing 25% phys to light convert :slight_smile:

Edited again : added an amulet that gets everything done

If I am not mistaken you can only convert 100% physical damage. That would result in 57% converted to chaos and 43% to lightning.

I don’t believe the engine currently can do DoT-based conversions so Bleeding will have to remain.
