just a short question: Are all of the new items from add-on designed
for high-lvl characters?
Or is there also new stuff in ‘low-lvl’ like a lvl 30 twohanded weapon???
There are new low lvl epics and old ones were reworked retroactively to include new classes. This was confirmed.
i think there will be low level Epics that get an Empowered Version for Lategame. Anything else would make 0 sense

Has anyone seen a new item that is the dress that the Necromancer from the promo material / new wallpaper is wearing? I’d love to have a Victorian necromancer in that vein.

I was thinking that woman int he loading screen was part of the story line or a villain or some such. A bit let down but only have myself to blame. Obviously a female necro.

I’m looking for a Victorian Gown in the game, and not just end game Necromancer Armor. Technically, the dress could be for any class and I’ll just Illusion it onto my gear.
