Newbie Commando, how many points per skill?

I’ve sketched out a rough build on Grimcalc with a point into everything I think want to use and more into the skills I’m more sure about. Just looking for general advice on how many points different skills need. I picked up this game a couple weeks ago and just finished my first story play-through as a conjurer, so, very new to GD.

The basic idea is aoe auto-attacks, lots of retaliation and CC while being tanky and dropping tons of mines.
Thinking I’ll go maybe 2:1:1 for attributes, phasing out spirit at some point?
I was thinking Ulzuins Torch(could I assign meteor shower to the mines?) along with whatever tanky devotions seem best. Itemization? I know very little, I assume I’d just focus on tanky stats with retaliation effects or effects that would proc off of my retaliation skills, bonus if it has +%fire/lightning/physical damage?

Not a hardcore build, will probably always be played with a friend if that makes a difference(not sure what they are rolling yet)
