So I first made a healer’s house before making a school and it says “No educated villager available for employment” then I built a school but then again it says “No educated villager available for employment”. How can I start making educated people if there are no school teachers? This is my first school how is it possible?
Welcome to the forum. 
It’s not a bug. You either have to wait for an immigrant to arrive who’s educated or alternatively you go into the Professions window and unemploy everyone you have. Then click on the teacher option in there to see if any of your villagers are educated and can fill that slot. If so, then you just need to put all the other workers back to work again by putting them in the professions.

I had this at first too.
But it just worked out on its own. Dont know if i educated a healer or they came from other lands though.
You might have at least one on the first settlers, mine usually ends up on saw pit so is easy to search when school is ready.
Have a look on your villagers, one of them is educated. It can take a long time to find him/her because there is no list of villagers so we have to look into each building.
