Is anybody experiencing missing ingame sound? Yesterday there was no problem but now I hear absolutely nothing once in the game. (I hear the music in the starting menu though). I tried restarting, restarting the pc, starting a new game, but nothing. Not feeling much for reinstalling the game if not necesary.
Ah, ok. Restarting the game for the seventh time did the trick! 
-EDIT- Sorry, but no. After 5 minutes of playing a small stutter and the sound was gone again.
Next time try verifying the game files.

Thanks for the response! I tried your suggestion, because after 5 minutes of playing the game stuttered and the sound was gone again. I verified the game files through steam (had to look that one up) and it validated all files. Restarted the game, but still no sound.
Solved! Maybe for anyone that also encounters this problem: For me the problem was with my wireless headset. After having the problem with starting without sound at all, it changed to only having sound for a while. After that, the sound always starts to stutter and disappear. The only way for me to get it back is turning my headset off and on again. Of course I thought my headset was bugging, but I tried it with several other games and never got the problem. Switching to speakers fixed it for me.
