I just finished all 150 waves on aspirant, And didnt get a single legendary at the end??
I thought they were guaranteed after wave 100? With more then 1 being possible at 101-150?
Was on a level 60 character
I could be very, very wrong, but I was under the assumption aspirant worked like normal in story mode. You won’t be getting legendaries. Or they just have an abysmal drop rate in the base difficulty without the drop rate boosts from difficulties.
That’s not correct. You can get legendaries in aspirant. I didn’t play it since the new patch, but I got even 3 legendaries more than once.

Oh, good to know. Sorry about that. Guess the RNG was not with me! 
You just need to be killing level 50+ enemies for them to drop. Naturally they are rarer on Normal but I have often received some Legs when I was around levels 46-49 (even from trash mobs and containers).

I played crucible again yesterday. I used my pet conjurer to play since round 1 (the hotfix reseted my progression!!) and repeated 3 more times since round 130 (with extra spawns for an extra trove). I got 7 legends. Then I repeated the crucible from round 100 and played 3 more times since round 130. I got 8 legens (around 40-45 mins). I repeated for a third time and got 6 legends + 1 blueprint (40-45 mins again).
A blueprint is probable equal to a legend for the devs, so if you got a blueprint, that’s the “legen” you got for reaching level 150.
