on block = when hit?

Hey there,

So, devotion procs: When they are “when hit”: Does that also include blocking?
Meaning: If I block everything all the time - will a “when hit” devotion be procced still?

Found nothin in the forum and the manual is also quite murky here: " Celestial Powers that trigger off of taking damage or blocking can only be assigned to Buff Skills"

Yes.

99.9% certain you begin “taking hits” after fumble, dodge, projectile deflection is taken into account. Right after chance to hit (OA vs your DA) is applied.

Everything after that, shield, % reduced damage, armor, resistances, absorption, applies to your being hit.
