So far, these are the only 3 resources I have found that seem to be inaccurate. Clay, berries, and other harvestable resources show their correct value. My original theory is for anything you can build a mine atop, but since Clay is a mineable and it displays the correct value…that destroys that theory (or at least parts of it). Also, I thought it was a multiplier of some sort, but that is also false since I have found two iron deposits which display 327 and 357, but their yields are 5203 and 1227 respectively. So also not helpful
Hi… No mods. Size Is Medium, I think. I don’t know how to check and I haven’t found a legitimate way to find out. The type was Lowland Lakes, according to the Seed and what I recall from starting it.
Did you verify the game files and make sure all your drivers are up to date?
I did a quick check myself yesterday using the Free Build custom option to be able to place mines quickly, but didn’t see what you’re reporting. But that was with a random map as I didn’t know what you’d used. I’ll check it again and see what happens.
You can see here ingame what type/size you chose/rolled. It also shows any Custom Settings you chose if you used that.

Reroll Map: Overlay (F4) displayed the correct Amount that it should Yield.
Restart Map: Overlay (F4) displayed the correct Amount that it should Yield.
So this looks to be ONLY this one town. I swore it was working as some point. So I can only guess something (a bit) got flipped and now it’s mad. But at this point, everything else is fine. Still sad on a personal note… my Reroll had a few infinite resources… an abandoned buildlings with an artifact, AND 2 abandoned carts!!!
Still, could you please upload a save from that town?
