Not sure if this is working as intended or a bug but I did have some villagers get annoyed and leave. When I looked at the happiness breakdown I did feel a little confused.
Soldiers - have they been paid?

Ooo cool be that, though I did have about 76,000g at the time but most of it was in the trader. I do tend to keep about 1,000 - 4,000 in the global at a time though. I am not sure at that moment.
A soldier that dont get paid quits the village?
Wouldnt it be much more logical to just quit job instead leaving everything behind? Lol…
