First of here are my specs:
Win7 64 bit
AMD FX 6300 OC @ 4.1
GTX 750 Ti
8 GB RAM
I should be able to run this game at max without any issues and I do, until I pull more than 8 mobs or max out AA.
This is an ARPG, if performance drops from 60 to 30-35 when you pull a pack then it will ruin the experience for a lot of people.
Yes I tried lowering settings to medium and low, 1-5 fps difference.
Another thing is, current AA eats 20 fps at 8x and 10 at 4x.
Had to force FXAA through reshade and I understand that’s most likely an issue at my end but would love an FXAA option since outside sources mess up font.
If this game really wants to compete with D3 and PoE which any potato can run at 60 fps then this should be addressed quickly.
Sorry if this sounded like a rant, I love the game so far but currently this is a deal breaker for me and would like to know if there’s any plans to address this anytime soon.

There may be a problem with the launch patch reducing optimization of processor core use. I’m not a developer or much of a programmer, I’m summarizing some things I’ve read in the bug forums right now. Previously the game’s only hick ups were in multiplayer or for me, screen shake and falcon swoop … but I love the screen shake on falcon swoop so I accept the occasional fps drop.
I really hope that’s the case, then it should be an easy fix.
confirmed there are strange frame drops that should not happen. seems to be cpu related, too. game runs super fluid until some special effects or enemies are displayed and fps immediately climbs back when theyre gone.
