I am seeking some advice, short of re-rolling, on how to optimize my warder for Crucible Gladiator waves 101-170. I’ve made it to wave 170 twice now, but never survived it.

He started as a sword and board vitality tank. Over the years, he’s evolved into a physical focused build with purely defensive devotions. I’m aware that he’d be better as a Witchblade, but I’d prefer to soldier-through rather than re-roll.
I don’t have the gear for a decent lightning or bleed build. I tried a 2H physical build and the 90k sheet DPS was nice, but it wasn’t nearly tough enough for Gladiator.
