Pioneer not so pioneer anymore

Anyone else having troubles with inequality regarding game difficulty? i play on pioneer, used to be a very great play, proof is the almost 200h invested. Now, for 230 pop i have 3 farms, 5 hunters, 2 fisherman and still struggling with food. Almost no skins to make shoes and such, lots of flax but a fully equipped weaver barely makes any clothes. The same is for everything, they are barely generating anything, fromm logs to planks to iron and swords. Bears to say that the fertility on the farms is above 90%, the hunters have lots og deer, etc. help?

Hi, I’ve noticed it harder to keep my food supply up also in this version, and also seem to struggle with skins. Hopefully they will look into this.

Cows used to render 5 skins, 5 tallow and 500 raw meat.

Cows now render 3 skins, 4 tallow and 340 raw meat.

Thanks, I didn’t realize they nerfed barns, lol.

They appear to have nerfed almost everything. In my latest game, started yesterday, 4 hunters, 3 foragers and 2 fishing huts are barely enough to keep 150 people fed: and none of them are that far away or have any other obvious problems keeping production up. In addition, 2 work camps located very near the town with fully forested areas and 3 Wainwrights can barely keep me in raw wood, where before two camps were enough for all purposes until population was over 200.
Very unscientific set of observations, but the feeling is that at the same level of play (Trailblazer) I’m running harder to stay at the same level as before . . .

It’s good to see i’m not the only one struggling! Hopefully it will be fixed and i can put as many hours of fun into it as before. As for right now i am taking a break, i have enough frustrations in rl, don’t need any in game
