This is a request made by my OCD to reach max level on skills, but please change the +1 to Belgothian’s Sheers on Mythical Blade Breaker Sash to +1 to Dual Blades. I’m using this build which lack just 1 more point to reach the max level of dual blades while already having +15 to Belgothian Sheers.

But then you get the exact same issue with Belgothian Sheers not reaching that 25% chance to proc by just 1 point
Why not? I can just move 1 point from something else to the skill

oops, you are right. For some reason I thought it was maxed with points
