Fairly new to the game so apologies if this is a trivial question…
Why does Pneumatic Burst have double the cooldown when used with 2H weapons when compared with a 1H, or dual wielding?
When Im duelling the skill has 5 sec C/D - but with a 2H its 10 sec.
I cant figure out why this is really needed - as surely the overall dps from 2 x 1H and 1 x 2H should be roughly similar - and its not like the 2H makes you any tankier to justify the extra C/D…??

my guess is that a lot of two-handers have defensive stats as well as offensive stats (it’s not uncommon for two-handed weapons to grant the user physical resistance, regeneration, or health). By contrast, one-handed weapons are usually purely offensive with occasional lifesteal. My guess is that Pneumatic Burst’s modifier is there to give dual-wielders some increased defense via a more frequent heal.
Despite this, I don’t think it would be OP to allow wielders of two-handed weapons to use this skill as well, since wielders of two-handed weapons sacrifice quite a bit by not using two weapons
